Hi! I'm a 24-year-old Chinese boy currently pursuing PhD degree in Biology. I am a native speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese (and some dialects in Chinese, but not proficient), so I’d be more than happy to help you with anything in these 2 languages if you are interested.
As for me, I am basic with English (TOEFL 90), I can only handle academic discussions in my familiar topics, and I really struggle with daily English and casual conversations. I’m feeling a bit anxious and would love to practice natural, everyday expressions to feel more confident.
Beyond language, I’m into computer science (ML and AI), and my hobbies are playing games, EDM music, snooker, and cooking. If you share any of these hobbies or just want to exchange languages, let's chat and help each other grow! Thanks a lot in advance! :)
