HI! I am a working student, hopefully to start studying this autumn of 2022. I've lived abroad as an ESL teacher in Korea for two years, and want to perfect my language skills. I hope to teach English again, as well as other languages. I hope to do translation work in the future, as well. I'm an artist (of an amateur nature), and I've studied Anthropology as my undergrad. I hope to study linguistics further, along with art. My heritage is Slovak and Irish, though I don't speak either Slovak or Gaelic. I love traditional things, including music, textiles, and dance. Exploring any culture's traditions is best done in the language of that culture, so hope to take my language skills far to truly embrace the traditional and historical aspects of different cultures, including my own. I am interested mainly in meeting in person, but over zoom or other video call is fine. :D
