Hello! My name is Mika and I'm a native English speaker from Australia. I'm learning mandarin and I'm at a beginner level. My background is Chinese (Canto) and Vietnamese, but I don't speak either TT
I'm also learning Japanese on the side, and can read and write hiragana and katakana, but not much kanji as I'm learning simplified characters for Hanzi.
I love anime, manga, drawing, cooking, sciences, and lots more!!
At the moment I'm not studying Japanese, but I don't mind having conversations about it or anything haha
I'd also prefer language partners that are from 15-30 years old in age, but I don't really mind as long as the respect is neutral :)
For communication, I like to use Wechat and Whatsapp :D

Hello! I am a Native English speaker currently studying my Masters of Teaching, teaching English to speakers of other languages.
I studied Mandarin at university for a couple of years, but forgot most of it once I graduated. I am trying to pick the language back up so I can speak to some of my students who are new to the country.
I would also like to learn Polish, as my husband is from Poland. He is away right now and I would like to surprise him by speaking a little Polish when he returns in a few months. Right now I don't speak Polish, apart from some basic greetings.
