Hi, my name is Gavin.

I live in London and I am a personal trainer.

I was born in raised in the UK, my heritage is West Indian (Jamaican & St Lucian). Unfortunately English is the only language that I speak but I am very keen on learning french.

My hobbies are anything fitness related from visiting the gym to long bike rides in the country side.
