Hello, my name is Tatyana. I’m 69, and I’m a Leo who has finally decided not to growl at English grammar anymore, but to make friends with it. In the past I was a doctor — I treated bodies — and now I treat souls (including my own, in parentheses) with conversations and humor. I won’t hide that I’m retired, though hiding has never been my strong suit anyway. I’m learning English, baking pies, and talking about the meaning of life — especially when I can’t remember where I put my glasses.

I’m looking for a conversation partner around my age so we can laugh together at pronunciation, exchange stories, and philosophize about why the English word truth is pronounced nothing like the way it’s written.
